Finding the right nursery may take some time. It’s about being in the right place at the right time. But there are things you can do along the way to make sure you are ready. Organising things like finance beforehand will put you in a better position when you find ‘the one’. Working with your broker, supplying feedback on what works and what doesn’t, will also help them to make sure you are seeing the settings that work for you.
Regardless of how long it takes to buy the dream, the buying journey is important as it will grow your knowledge of the industry and how the purchase process works. From the point of sale is agreed upon, the sale process takes 3-6 months on average (plan for 6 months but hope for 4) depending on the structure of the nursery, the finance and the input of Ofsted. Just remember, no matter how long it takes to get to completion, we’re here to get you through it.
